oh come on you would seriously not play the game the whole day over no lanes? Yeah ok longer than a day or part of a day would be much I suppose. I often wonder though why people play space based games but don't actually like spending much time doing it. have some patience and bravery! 1 system would be fun, but I mean, many reasons could be used for House wide outages. LH launch a cyber attack on liberty, shut down all its lanes or gates for X period of time. This would not alter anyone's ships or make them play as other factions or require impossible things to be added. Its space, inrp what if it was something people had to deal with? You'd know who's really out for some RP by the pilots that would rather sit in the bar because they can't use the trade lanes or gates at the time. And not always would it have to be both. People don't consider the RP value of how it might effect story and interaction, and instead worry about the ease of trading for one day? Live a little I say!
