Greetings, gentlemen. I'm talking on behalf of United Exploratory Coprs.
Our organization needs to build a station on Bretonia's sovereign territory.
The document below will explain why we need to do so.

Anomaly CRX-326100 is a clot of quasi-matter with physical properties that are still unknown yet. Launch of a probe drone gave us unexpected results that are contradicting to our conceptions of the Universe. Empirically has been proven that time near the object flows faster when matter of the nebula, as well as any known matter is being pushing off by an unknown force. Also, this object emits radiation, but its origin is still unknown. However, photon emitting combined with other phenomenons (visibility in the optical range), but this is second radiation type which we can detect directly, gave us the opportunity to assume that object has negative mass. This fact pushes us to think about origin of this object - it is from another universe which has other physical constants, and nobody knows, how this object has appeared in our world.
We've got unique perspectives to study this object.
If we will study this object , we can understand principles of this anomaly's existence and later try to develop a spaceship with negative mass, which can give us a possibility to launch ships at superluminal speed without violation of the theory of relativity. This all will open the endless frontiers of our galaxy for us.
Unfortunately, research on this object with mobile methods significantly impedes progress on it, because required equipment is can be mounted only on large ships or stations, the same applies to all our remaining personnel.
Actually, this station is going to be a research complex, and will be located near Omega-3 Anomaly (exactly in 10K from Cambridge Jumpgate). Primary duty of this station is to study the Omega-3 Anomaly, secondary duty is to serve our organization as headquarters.
Only UEC, BAF, BPA and BIS ships will have rights to dock on the facility.
Here is proof of payment.
Defence modules and name of the station will be discussed in private.
