Dear Representatives of the Bretonian Police Authority,

Thanks for giving us (and the Republic of Liberty) a little more time.

Unfortunately it doesn't look as it had been enough to get an answer.
Since we initiated base-registration (821-08-18) we are waiting for the reply of Liberty. Although they know about our request and we can see they read our highly secured messages, they do not reply....

If you are able to help in this matter and could use the good contacts to your ally this would be highly appreciated...

We, for our part, have done ALL WE CAN DO in this matter.
We feel ignored, because Liberty doesn't communicate with us since more then seven weeks (!!!).

We hereby ONCE AGAIN request to extend the time limit for this caveat to await a reply of LIBERTY.

This time another two weeks maybe will not be enough, as you see.

Please EXTEND THE LIMIT for A FEW MONTHS, 'cause - as we can see - Liberty needs more time to write down a few sentences and to reply to our request.

In the name of the people of our colony I thank you for all your efforts and your cooperation.
We are now concerned about getting a permission from the Republic of Liberty as they do not "talk" to us and we all feel ignored now.

=Z= Zoner Wings asks you to accept our efforts. PLEASE proceed our request concerning the time limit.
... and maybe you can help us to get the needed permission from your ally somehow. We are patiently waiting for your valued reply.
