The last leader of the RoS was Enternal Nightmare, I remember last decision was to left RoS dying forever. If someone wants to remake, he/she have to ask him first. Plus with RoS ID ZoI restriction it's impossible to gain activity of the faction.

Why would someone ask him if he decided to let them die? Makes no sense and it's obvious he didn't really care if he didn't even try to keep things alive. If he saw he couldn't do anything he could simply pass the leadership to someone else and leave RoS in someone else's hands.

If RoS' lore is to be remade, everything should be remade. Including the ID. I would do it myself, but i honestly suck in doing such things. But that doesn't stop me from at least giving it a try, RoS deserves better than a death like this and i would hate if the same thing that happened to the Phantoms happen to the RoS too.
