I don't play any other on-line Games, but I would assume that most, if not all, have a set of Rules. Therefore it should be up to the New Players to acquaint themselves with them.
It might be useful when Players log in to the Game if there is a reminder, along with the already announcement of who the Admins are, where the Rules can be found. This could possible in the form of a link (I am not sure if this is possible).
The problem with this idea of a Temporary Ban is that people who train, whether it be in Conn or elsewhere on the Server would be penalised.
Another problem is what happens to those who do missions and are killed? Then they have to sit and wait for the time to expire before they can carry on.
What I am trying to say is that all 'Deaths' are not attributable to proper PvP Deaths.
