That should still be regulated by the rules, if it counts as PvP death or not.
By rules i basically mean like it is currently. if there was sufficient rp for an engagement the player should do a report.
Automated systems would obviously be exceptionally good at judging situations on the server and interpreting text messages ("Was there sufficient roleplay for this blue message?") to ensure that it would only ever 'ban' players who died under all the right conditions.
Oh wait. This sort of automated banning system would, at most, check the system (Conn, for example) the player died in, and ignore any and all other factors when considering whether or not someone is considered PvP dead.
Not the best of ideas. Plus, I'd rather if we had an FLHooker (that sounds awkward) they'd spend their time on more pressing issues.
