Well you get what I mean. Taking examples back from 4.85 where it was just so hard to join an Official Faction, but now since it's so easy you always see the same guys in almost every faction.
To make up someones 'Main' faction, you'd see the quality inRP and his interaction in game aswell as on forum with the faction he's applying for, it's actually very easy to figure out someones Main way of RP, which will then show if his 'core' is made up for the faction itself or if he should try another faction instead.
Yeah, I know you're saying now "sadly we don't have that many players as back then" well then I gotta say "you will expect more of such in the future" =
