It's interesting you say you do enjoy RP and fair fights. From all my encounters with 5th players I have only enjoyed one. All other encounters (no matter if im flying a rogue or not) have been frustrating and not enjoyable at all. Your roleplay is very interesting when it comes to enemy ships on scanners, not once have I seen a 5th pilot act or RP as a Navy pilot would do in that situation. I don't expect these sort of lines to come up "Its all good over here" when it's clearly not 'All good over there'. I don't even know if you're the leader or not and frankly I couldn't care, I suggest you and your faction have some sort of think about how a pilot in a military role would act if the enemy was aiming their guns at them.
I know how these feedback threads work, I've taken "feedback" before and I've discussed it in Faction HCs. I know what is said, and I know how people react to it. But let me tell you, if you simply deny this as false and the fact you think you dont make these mistakes then people are going to be more inclined to be less fair towards your faction, not only in fights but on the forums as well. Im sure you know there is oorp bias towards factions. Let's just say you went and spoke to BAF| about trading some ships, if those players had gone up against you on other characters and had developed a bad opinion of you then you will most likely not get that deal.
If you want your faction to prosper, then you need to be more disciplined with what your capitals shoot regardless of "if it's a rogue". If they are not as experienced then perhaps you should teach them about common courtesy or even consider not allowing them to fly such powerful vessels. Don't get me wrong, I know I sound like im salty and QQing but this is genuine and you should take on board what I have to say. I couldn't give a monkeys if I get blown up by a cap, I just close the game and that's that. But there are people in powerful positions that do mind, and can make your lives a misery.
