Protip: Inactive/bored/bittervet leadership is the main reason of faction inactivity.

I believe this is the case in spaces like Bretonia
I hope the inactive leaderships return and start assigning more officers to take care of the job
Active wars not needed to keep the server active, but RP and ongoing diplomacy changes will help more
It doesn't have to be a war, it can be multiple small conflicts reviving the activity
I also believe that the Gaul expansion will affect us all, but that usually happen when a new super power emerges
just like the nomad first war.
