Subject:A distant threat has struck at the Omegas.

Privyet y Buenas! Comrades and Compañeros
I would like to begin by making note of four proud wing men; whom joined me from a Hessian call to aid. I will be sure to promptly list their names for their service and bravery at the end of this message. But first, I would like to address the Commissariat of an urgent and unexpected occurrence. I had opened a private channel to Andrey of the "Hanse" a Hessian cruiser, wondering if they were in need of any assistance for the day. Immediately they requested a plea for aid, they had were heavy attack near Planet Stuttgart but from what his transmission did not say. I had assumed it was from Rheinland forces and that in fact, the bourgeois elements in that sector were encroaching on the revolutionary efforts of our comrades. I immediately called up all active SCRA and SCC fighter pilots to join me in our ally's call for help. As I arrived to the Stuttgart system with my squad mates, I received a system wide transmission on an emergency channel stating "Planet Stuttgart is under attack by Nomads!". I opened up the channel with "The Hanse" as soon as swiftly their response was "We are under heavy attack we need help!!" - never louder have our engines soared.
As we approached Planet Stuttgart I saw an unknown station in front of it, and surrounded by an on-going battle between Nomad battleships and a unified force of Hessian, Rheinland legal authorities and even The Order. I knew that the call to help was not due to Rheinland activity but that an invisible enemy or rather a quiet one, had shown it's face a little too close to home. My squadmates and I began our assault in destroying this Nomad base and their fighters, we found that their armor can take an immense amount of damage without showing any signs of damage whatsoever so I fear these Nomads have some sort of technology advantage not known to Sirius technology - or at least to me. I must admit it was confusing the situation we had arrived at but we made no time to stop and think, we reacted to the clear and present threat. The battle was a long one with a few of the authorities's fighters blowing up in the process but none coming from the Omega's, our skill shined and eventually we destroyed this Nomad threat.
How they arrived? Why did they arrive? is this a sign of an incoming grand attack? The answers I do not have but I can present my evidence to you, the Commissariat to be in your hands under your guidance and decision. This brings me to the second part of my report.
Speaking with "The Hanse", and a fellow Hessian pilot known as Jorhan, they told me they belonged to a Pravda Faction within the Hessians, and that Andrey was the lead of it. I have not kept up with the leadership of the Hessians but they proposed a conflicting proposition. What they requested that would be passed on to the Commissars was that, we should consider a Non-Aggression Pact between the Omega House and the Four houses. Their reason was that this Nomad attack - which my data will show - was not the first nor do they believe it will be the last. It seems there was an earlier one in the Kusari and else where. The entirety of Sirius has been under attack by small system invasions by the Nomads. Commissar Petrov gave me a brief overview of our position with respect to the Four Houses, and I am at a cross with what to do with such proposal asked of me. I relay this information onto you, The Commissariat, in hopes that there can be a decision made that will benefit the entire revolutionary struggle we have been actively developing throughout our time. In the attachments to this transmissions contain images from my data-pads with a few visuals of the attacks. Furthermore in my cargo of my fighter; I have some Alien organisms and Nomad fighter parts to be examined by our brightest scientists so that we may prepare ourselves if we should encounter this again.
