The case here: is that BMF was flying transports full of ore and a nomad bomber appeared so they docked and switched to BAF caps to engage nomads. is that Metagaming? if yes, then we will need special approval from admins on one of the below:

Metagaming ?nope ,however:
A K'hara bomber uncloaked and started an engagement(knowing k'hara was before uncloaking ,but since you saw the bomber you were in close proximity) and then you docked with the attacker near you,switched to BAF ships to kill him? that sounds like a pvp death

so..approval from admins to fly caps?you have no chances for that and you don't need it either,however..a sanction if events went as i expect they went..well..will get my answer soon
