Swearing | Questions/Thoughs about it and RP

I can understand wanting to prevent swearing. It makes sense inRP, and I wouldn't mind people swearing inRP but it can be unpleasant if overdone.

However, my main gripe is that rule 1.1 is often used as a means for people to lash out at other users via the admins. No one in this community legitimately goes "Waaaaah someone called me a 'Mong' or said the f-word I feel so offended!" No, this community is toxic enough to bait people into saying something that could class as 1.1 or nitpicking and getting someone done for 1.1, just so that they can hit back at another community member

Seriously! Look at those past few sanctions! I guarantee none of the reporters were genuinely offended.
