Can we take a moment to talk about the fact that Liquid Cardamine isn't available for sale on Outcast bases, meanwhile it's own infocard states that it should be and entirely possible?

This also provides an easy way for Outcast smugglers to supply the drug to House inhababitants without the telltale masks. Liquid Cardamine still alters the user's genetic structure and still creates unavoidable dependency.
I was told in the far-gone past there are "lore reasons" but given the constantly shifting nature of the nomad lore, I figured I'd bring this topic to attention--
Can we either get a sellpoint that makes sense or can the infocard be changed to reflect the lore please?
