I really don't know what to tell you myself. If you were subject to a bug take it to heart that it's a rare occurrence, one I've never encountered and one you're unlikely to encounter again.
As to reimbursing you... I'm afraid we wont be doing that unless we had some means of verifying your claim; which we do not.

I am so sorry this is happening to you Banris. My suggestion is having someone set up a train or craft and move it to your account. I mean really twice now! This is not funny. Keep me posted, I could help you with getting the train and moving it over.
EDIT: Oh, by the way... does this error happen with just this ship or account. Suggest opening a new char and taking a few mill and purchase a ship and see if this is happening there too. If it is, you might need to reinstall your program, such a file or code is missing. I am not a programmer but its a thought.
