Don't think that example quite works... kyushu rice is rice that is grown on kyushu, if rice is grown elsewhere it is no longer kyushu rice, it's just rice or malta rice, toilet paper is not paper that is made in a toilet, it is paper that is made with the specific purpose of being used at a toilet.
Also the chewing gum thing, are you high? It's not gum made on planet chewing, it's an individual thing that has its own purpose that is completely different from non chewing gum, just like toilet paper.
How do you know Kyushu Rice have it's name because it's made on Kyushu and not because it's made out of Kyushu? Or for Kyushu?
