Maybe you should be careful with general accusing then. From Impy´s description, culprits which did those transgressions were probably owners/co-builders of the base. But your words, without names, can be understood as directed at me and RM indies which went there to help and as far as I was able to notice, didn´t commit any bad behaviour. At least this is impression which neutral reader of kudos thread will get from that post, and that´s wrong.
Regarding the motives, in my opinion this is wrong attitude. I would expect at least attempt to communicate with base owners, setting up some conditions which may give opportunity to not destroy those bases. Especially from official faction. Yes, the core 1 does not need RP for destruction. However, that does not mean you can´t do it. Also, you will need RP for the second base anyway, since it´s core 2. But Hessians attacking zoners without a word? Sorry, but that put you on same level as that Corsair indie lolwut(s) which repeatedly destroyed that base before without any RP. Zoners are inRP on neutral/neutral friendly relations with Hessians since they can obtain them supplies and such. You treat that base like it´s Daumann or other Rheinland corporation.
Guys who built the bases seems to be quite new to Disco. If you would roleplay, they would at least get the message, even if it would be "We can´t build bases in Hessian territory without talking to them first" (like I said it´s wrong attitude but whatever, at least they would know what mistake they made). But with the way you chose, only message they will get is "Disco is full of lolwuts which like to destroy POBs for no reason". As official faction, you should know better.
Also, what is ooRP on that transmission? The base was under attack, defenders already tried to defend (failed though), what is ooRP on sending emergency call for help?
