Clarification on Official Faction tags

There will be some GMG| ships that do not yet have the official ID, but this will be changed as and when they are found. On the assumption that warnings and sanctions will be handed out if tagged ships are found with non-official ID, a short amnesty to rectify the error would be nice.

They will.

We rarely, if ever, get reports of people who have tagged ships with the NPC ID versus Official Player ID. In my time as admin throughout the years, I don't recall seeing one (Not saying there weren't any).

Usually it's just reports of people with the wrong ID completely (IE, Flying a Whale on an IC ID. Stuff like that)
