Clarification on Official Faction tags

Just a question - How would a faction activity be tracked if non of it's member uses a tag ?

It cant, factions are still required to use them to get their activity done. But they have the posibility to use "undercover" ships

I love this prospect even more. But a majority of people will see an ID...

Example: "WILDE ID FIRE."
