Core?

should stick to omicrons,if you do hunt bountys should have ships docked in all houses already..although it would be best to do so only in omicrons,omegas..

Core ID:
- Can attack Wild, Nomad, Order ships and any ships equipped with Nomad equipment or carrying Nomad remains anywhere.

The Core ID lost it's bounty hunting line about a year ago in order to stop the ID taking away bounty hunting activity from the standard BHG ID fyi.

Order?

should stick to omicrons since the only reason to roam in house space will be to hunt nomad remains

Order ID:
-Can attack Wild, Nomad, Outcasts, BHG, Core, LSF, MND, Kempeitai, and BIS ships, and any ships equipped with Nomad equipment

Also The Order ID has no ZoI and can use all of it's ID lines anywhere.

Outcasts?

not welcomed in liberty therefor should not be easy to get there

Outcast ID:
Zone of Influence: Bretonia, Liberty

They have ZoI there therefore they are able to operate in Liberty.

Zoners?

Penny? Ames? 1-2 systems away?

Yes? And whilst not necessarily being able to dock at every base, they do trade in and out of the Houses.

K'Hara?

infinite cloak?how's that not easy?but still..nomads are not in large numbers outside of omicrons,there's a reason nomad indie have a restriction not to leave omicrons...

Nomad ID:
- Can freely engage any ship in the Omicrons, Ellesmere and Alaska except for Nomad and Wilde ships.
- Cannot leave the Omicrons, Ellesmere and Alaska.

And K'Hara/Wild themselves travel across Sirius and are typically based in the Omicrons. Easier access for them would be good.

so..i don't see a sufficient reason for any of those factions to actually be in liberty or outside of omicrons for that matter..

You'd do well to research the IDs and the Factions that use them before you talk about them.
