I'm seconding this. I think the current OC caps are neat save for some minor flaws like the engines on the Ranseur.
If people are pleading for replacements just because they dislike the current ships' PvP qualities they should probably just ask for changes to that specifically as the models shouldn't be prevent proper balancing whatsoever.
