RULE: 3.6 Attacking without RP
QUESTION: "An attack is an attack", care to elaborate?

ADMIN/MOD ANSWER: Did you fire at him with intent to drain shields/do hull damage? Attack. CD'ing someone to get them to stop isn't an attack. Firing at them intentially and hitting them is attack. No more of this "50% shields" stuff. Roleplay before you start firing at someone.

PLAYER RESPONSE: Good luck proving the "intent" part. Oh wait, you don't have to, it's the responsibility of either the reporter, or in case of guilty until proven innocent, the sanctioned. Right? Right.
