What I want to address though, as it was brought up earlier, is our claim over Omicron-85.
Corsica and the Captana been inRP ever since assets of the 101st and we just continue that path. We've evacuated the station, abandoned it later, but never really left completely (as at least the resident VI stayed around and some soldiers) and have made our return to that place quite some months ago already again.
It's a claim inRP and we never did and never will restrict access to that station ooc-wise.
We'll however, if things go well, engage if people violate our RP-claim by enacting RP for or within the station itself. And lets be honest, that station is a dead-end at the edge of the universe nobody ever visits. And for all non-101st R/D there's Galicia, which is still the largest of the remaining dedicated research stations within Sirius.
As for a fact, the currently by the still official Outcast-faction posted Maltese laws (which are, Scourge admitted that and it's also blatantly obvious, just an adjusted copy of the set of laws that was previously put in place by the 101st) state under 4-5 the restriction to Siniestres Cloud, Carinea, Corsica, the Captana and the restriction for anyone moving past the jump into the nomad-systems.

The Omicron 85 Directive is described in +4-5, which is primarily enforced by Administration and applies to any vessel within the system not carrying Outcast transponder.
+4-4 // Nomad Systems (Omicron-90 - Omicron-99 - Omicron Iota)
Upper Siniestre Cloud and a 10k Security Zone around Carinea are restricted to pilots belonging to entities listed under 1-3.
Trespassing beyond the forbidden jump in Siniestre Cloud results in lethal repercussions
+4-5 // Omicron-85
All vessels identifying as Outcasts are granted access to Bastia Station.
So I do wonder why it's suddenly an issue to everyone when we reclaim it, but it wasn't an issue worth discussion or arguing over whilst it, to this day, is stated in the Maltese laws.
