Minutes, as in, somehow the RHA found out about the base instantly after the base forum page was put up, meaning that somehow patrols discovered the base on patrol, returned to command, debriefed, and relayed a message in less than 9 minutes, and a extortion bribe was put out at nine minutes.

That is not possible without meta, even if your soldiers were fueled by AFC racing engines and jump drives.
