The Cabinet is well aware of the threats that are beyond Bretonias borders, not only human ones. Some of them even come in the shape of our kind, not distinguishable from the average human.
The informations you provided, as well as those of other sources, seem to create a picture of the crew of the Apahanta that gives reason for suspicion that allowing you to stay in Bretonia might endanger our people, be it directly or indirectly.
The Cabinet is not willing to take this risk, especially in times of war where we can not allow resources to be divided.
