Your opportunity has always been there. Simply send a communication to Liberty Department of state to start negotiations for a cease fire or whatever. And have a look through the conditions it may bring. That will take off your bounty. And also irp actions have their own irp consequences. So i dont mind them because i have them already in account and ready to sort them out with bretonia or whoever. Its still Rp in the end. I dislike doimg things based on skype.
If its your preference to do underhand stuff? Provide something that can be worth the trouble or effort. All ESRD has gotten is some old wive's tales and prophecies and something about Hellfire legion and the baddies in task some task force.........and that libert doesnt have the best sciencists anymore... nomad guns...bad efficiency...???? Which actually sounds like youre trying to fool off someone. And dont always expect to get to just walk off from everything. Responsibility for your actions still falls on your shoulder.
Taunting is part of roleplay, if you're referring from todays, that's just mockery.
ESRD stuff could have been done a bit more concerning the whole Nomad situation in Liberty but that stuff is over already. Though it's a bit hard to 'work' with the people who are suspected to have infested elements in them. (Liberty Forces).

What? I've been told that the adapted guns are actually a weaker varient than of the actual hybrid weapons, which inRP and stats wise, they are. The adapteds aren't really compatible with Human tech as it misses some key 'components' of the weapon, and only the Nomads know how to efficiently create the stronger varients. Or this is what I've been told.
No single faction has the 'strongest' or 'bestest' scientists, Liberty just has an edge because of Valhalla One and 'space amurica'. If you're referring to RP, it's been more likely said that people who worked in the Omicrons generally have more experience and work concerning Aliens, like people who've been with IRG, Core or Order, or even AI to an extent (Canaan).
As for the bounty thing, I never said to do it on skype. Pretty sure there was a comm some time ago that was sent out to people who were bounty hunting Liberty things in Bretonia, but it was never responded to.
