Good afternoon Miss Jones,

Can I ask you what kind of Mickey Mouse/Tin Pot Operation you are running there?

I have had my Captains deliver Hull Segments, that you already agreed to us delivering, to your Base, Nebula Complex. Now you have decided to 'freeze' the Contract after they have already started the deliveries.

I will point out a few things,to you, when dealing with Corporations.

1) At no time, in your Request for the delivery of 30,000 Hull Segments, did you specify a timescale or that this was a Priority Request. Priority Requests usually incur an excess charge as other, less important Contracts, are put on hold. If a Priority Request is not required then deliveries are handled as and when Ships become available, for the deliveries.

2) Your Statement of "My previous contracts with Border World Exports also was not done in that long time at all" is quite true, but the last three contracts have consisted of 40,000 High Performance Alloys (See here), 15,000 Industrial Hardware (See here), and 30,000 High Performance Alloys See here).This Request is for 30,000 Hull Segments, and maybe it is unknown to you, but Hull Segments take up twice as much space as a normal Commodity. So, effectively, this Contract is 50% larger than any of your previous Requests from us. Also I would suggest you read item 1) above.

3) If you read the Communication from one of my Shipping Captains, David Williams, he stated that the Deliveries would be started at once, which indeed they were, and that you would have them all, at the latest, by the end of 1 week. I will, again, refer to item 1), above.


Now, seeing as I have manifests, sat in front of me, showing deliveries of 19,280 Hull Segments, that we have already delivered, and you have now frozen the Contract, I will give you 6 hours (please note this is more time than you have given us with the 'freezing' of the Contract) to put together our Deliveries. After that time I will send my Captains around to collect the 19,280 Hull Segments.
