Thank you for contacting me personally, i appreciate it Mr Grenville and please let me elaborate more.
First of all, we don't run any Mickey mouse/Tin pot operations here, you must have mistaken us for someone else *smile*.

You say that you have your members already moving the Hull Segments which is completely opposite to what your respected employee Mr Williams told me, Actually he told me that border world exports will deliver the shipments within a week of time. You mention that 19,280 Hull Segments are delivered then mention again that another 15k delivered which is strange actually because it is 100% of the requested amounts and only done in one day time. Now how your respected corporation require a week to deliver 30,000 units of Hull Segments while you confirm for me now that you have shipping manifest on your desk for 19,000+ units delivered and another one came with 15k units delivered in ONE day only? i think there is some kind of error here which will need more elaboration from your side if you don't mind of course.

I didn't specify any time scale for the contract depending on your history with our complex. I found in that history that your respected corporation do not take that long time for a very short distance traveling distance contract like that, and also i found that the border world exports usually deliver the requested goods in short time, even for contracts that require traveling distances longer than this current proposed contract. That is simply the reason of why i didn't specify any time scale and if this is going to be a problem, then i can specify a time scale on next contracts and we can negotiate it until we both reach a proper time scale satisfying both sides.

I understand totally that if i would need the shipments to be delivered fast or as high priority then it will charge me more and i accept that with no problem at all, although the other contracts we had together were delivered in a very short time and without any extra fees but again, no problem at all, I can pay the extra fees if your respected corporation require that. I also understand that Hull Segments require 2 cargo space for each unit, but i also put in consideration, the very short trip from Southampton shipyard to Nebula Complex at Manchester system, and by considering that short trip in your calculations, then you fill find that this contract is 50% more cargo space, and 50% less distance to travel. I hope that you understand my point now and yet, everything is up for negotiation and there is no problem.

I believe that since the shipment is totally delivered then there is no need for taking them back by your pilots. We don't want to cause any sensitivity regarding this negotiation. I think that your employee mentioned that the deliveries will start at once as you mentioned, but also he said that the duration time for the contract is 1 week, so forgive me about the confusion. You would be confused too if i told you that delivering a shipment will require 1 week time, and then deliver it all in 1 day.

I hope that there is no problem happened or happening between our complex and your respected corporation. We value your efforts and time.
