Good evening Miss Jones,
If you don't run a Mickey Mouse/Tin Pot Organisation then it would be prudent not to act as if you did.
Now, lets get down to the real crux of the matter.
Quote: You say that you have your members already moving the Hull Segments which is completely opposite to what your respected employee Mr Williams told me, Actually he told me that border world exports will deliver the shipments within a week of time. You mention that 19,280 Hull Segments are delivered then mention again that another 15k delivered which is strange actually because it is 100% of the requested amounts and only done in one day time. Now how your respected corporation require a week to deliver 30,000 units of Hull Segments while you confirm for me now that you have shipping manifest on your desk for 19,000+ units delivered and another one came with 15k units delivered in ONE day only? i think there is some kind of error here which will need more elaboration from your side if you don't mind of course
If you actually read what I and what Mr. Williams sent you, you should be able to glean the answer to your question. Mr. Williams said and I quote "Thanks for your confirmation, we will start shipping immediately. expected delivery date within 1 week for this contract". Note the "we will start shipping immediately", this means that we will get straight on to dealing with your Request (and that is what was done). The "expected delivery date within 1 week for this contract" is basically saying that the Contract will be finished within 1 week (and that is also exactly what was done).
I have already explained, in a previous Communication, that at no time did you ask for a Priority Delivery Service. This means that you Request, though important to us, is a lower priority than other Contracts we have. As Ships become available they will be tasked to your Job. This is a fact of Business. If we told you that we would deliver in 1 day and things happened, beyond our control, and we took 2 days, you could have something to complain about. We gave a maximum of 7 days and if we deliver in 3 you are happy. This is called good Business, never promise what you can't deliver.
Hopefully this has alleviated some of your concerns. Maybe as you gain more experience in Business, you will come to understand the intricacies of it.
Quote:I didn't specify any time scale for the contract depending on your history with our complex. I found in that history that your respected corporation do not take that long time for a very short distance traveling distance contract like that, and also i found that the border world exports usually deliver the requested goods in short time, even for contracts that require traveling distances longer than this current proposed contract. That is simply the reason of why i didn't specify any time scale and if this is going to be a problem, then i can specify a time scale on next contracts and we can negotiate it until we both reach a proper time scale satisfying both sides.
Miss Jones, as you should be aware, Bretonia is at War.
We, at Bowex, pride ourselves at our prompt Delivery Service, but because of circumstances sometimes way beyond our control, we cannot always deliver promptly to those that are deemed not high on the Priority List. Hence why, to those that require the cheaper Service, we give them a longer Lead Time on Deliveries.
Quote:I believe that since the shipment is totally delivered then there is no need for taking them back by your pilots. We don't want to cause any sensitivity regarding this negotiation. I think that your employee mentioned that the deliveries will start at once as you mentioned, but also he said that the duration time for the contract is 1 week, so forgive me about the confusion. You would be confused too if i told you that delivering a shipment will require 1 week time, and then deliver it all in 1 day.
Miss Jones, I gathered, from your previous Communication, that you were unhappy with Bowex, so therefore in the interest of being fair and not wanting to upset your Organisation more, I was willing to remove all the materials that we, apparently, inadvertently delivered.
If you are happy to keep, what we delivered, then I am quite happy to consider this Contract as Completed and Closed.
Have a good evening, Miss Jones.
