Our crew do not act like that at all, and i think this remark is turning into a rude comment. I would like if we can keep a certain good level of respect between us so we can go forward with this negotiation successfully. Now allow me to reply to your message sir. I actually read very good what your employee wrote, and already explained the reasons of my confusion in the last transmission. If you read the last transmission, then you will notice that i already mentioned the reasons in details. Let me tell you again, that when your respected employee tell us that this contract will be done within a week and then you come back telling us that it's already finished in 1 day, then that creates a confusion for us.

I already mentioned also the reasons of why we didn't ask for any time scale, and if you read the previous transmission, you will notice that part explained in details, but anyway, we will ask for time scale from now on when we deal with your respected corporation to evade any more confusion in the future. The confusion was not caused because of my low experience of business as you claim, but it was because of the confusion happened regarding the delivery times mentioned by your employee and yourself next. Actually, we are happy to receive the shipment in less time, but in the same time, we like precision and accuracy, so when you give us a long frame of time then we calculate our plans upon it, and then we figure that you used only 1/7 of the time that you asked for, then we need to ask for explaining. This does not mean that we are complaining as you also claimed. We are aware that bretonia is at war, because we are bretonian citizens so it happen that we tend to know what is going on in our home space. We also understand now that we need to mention if our contract should be added to your high priority list or not, so we cut this confusion once and for all and resume our good profitable business here.

As for the shipments delivered, I already mentioned that there is no need to take these materials back by your pilots, so here i repeat myself again, You don't have to take those materials from the complex again because we need not add any sensitivity to this negotiations.
