I have operated trade ships throughout the Corsair sectors for some time now, I have come to know a bit about the goings on. I have limited experience in combat but I make up for what I lack with a particular nack for talking my way out of things, which comes in handy with some of the more shady dealings.
Reason why you chose us
I believe there is great evil in this world, and The Brotherhood has both the capacity and drive to overcome it and see the corsairs through to greatness.
Your biography (at least 10 lines)
I was born on Planet Crete, my parents worked as many did, Father a soldier, Mother working at the local factory (when she wasn't tending to the needs of our home and family). My Father was away a lot so I was given great responsibility from a very young age as the only man in the house. I had two younger sisters, who I insisted on protecting at all costs, usually resulting in my being in rather disadvantageous situations.
Things were as normal, it was two weeks from my 18th birthday, I was to become a man and my Father had managed to scrounge up some shore leave for the occasion. I could hardly contain myself as I couldn't wait to make my Father proud. The next day tragedy struck, a transport convoy with my father on board was struck on its way back by Outcast forces, my father was killed. The following weeks were bitter, my mother no longer a beacon of light, just an emotionless husk roaming. I had to take control of the house and make sure there was food on the table.
I worked at the factory in place of my mother as she started the long journey to recuperation. However when the payments for my Father stopped, I realised it wasn't enough. I went to all the people I could, eventually lining up a job as a loader for a cargo ship doing local supply runs. The pay was good, but I was to be away a lot. I worked at this for years, working my way up until I had my own command and my own ship (through a fortunate series of bets won - another one of my skills).
My Mother has since regained most of her former self, she began working again. And now I wish to make my mark on the world. Not chasing revenge (as it is usually blind) but proving to myself and my late father that I have what it takes to make a difference, and that brings me to you.
