Good evening Miss Jones,
It is always a pleasure to speak to you.
Seeing as you want precision, Miss Jones, I will try to be as precise as I can in this uncertain Universe.
1) We are, as always, happy to accept a Contract from such a pleasant Organisation. I am sure that 40,000 Industrial Hardware will not present us any problems. I would like to clarify one thing, does the Industrial Hardware have to come from Gateshead? If it does, I am sure that it would not be a problem.
2) Well, I could say a couple of days, if I have Transport Ships available. It might take up to 2 Weeks, if the Gallics attack in large enough numbers or we endure a bad spate of Ion Storms. I can be optimistic and say within a week (that would be 26th of the 11th month in the Year 832 at a time of 16:52:23), if that is agreeable with yourselves? Just a quick clarification, is there any Penalties for being early? We wouldn't like to upset your esteem Organisation, again.
3) Other than the one minor hiccup, when some paper work went missing, I am sure we have provided the correct paperwork, every time since. Be assured we will supply exactly 40,000 Industrial Hardware to your Facility, not any less and not any more. We will endeavour to make sure our Ship's Clocks are exactly synchronised with your Station's Clocks before handing over, the merchandise, to your Docking Master.
I do hope that I have been precise enough for you. If not, please feel free to contact me and I am sure we can iron out any little details that spring to mind.
Have a good evening, Miss Jones.
