I would like to thank you for the fast reply Mr Grenville, also for the nice words in your last transmission which show that your corporation cares for having business with our complex. I see your replies to my questions and i would like if you allow me to comment on some of these answers please. First, we are glad that you are as always happy to accept a contract and we are glad that you described us as a pleasant organization. The Industrial Hardware can be purchased from any location you find suitable, and it don't have to come from GatesHead station. Actually i picked this station according to the short distance between it and our complex in Manchester system.

I can see that you could say 2 weeks or couple of days depending on the conditions and the availability of transporters, and that is exactly what i wanted from you Mr Grenville. I would like if you count your transporters and check the availability status on them and then let me know the amount of time required for completing this contract. I can see also that you concluded already that within a week would be an optimistic reply. Well, i will be very honest with you. When you say "Within a week" this means that this contract can be done in 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7 days which cause some kind of delay to our next plans but we have no problem this time and we would like to observe this time what is going to happen since in our last contract, we received all the shipments in one day while the offered time was also "Within a week".

There is no penalty for delivering early, actually it would be great to receive the shipments as fast as possible so we can get no delay on our next plans.
