Good evening Miss Jones,
One of our Ships became free and was assigned to start delivering your required Commodity.
The Captain has just informed me, that he arrived at your Base, with the required Goods, and was refused Docking Permission.
With this type of occurrences happening, I do wonder again, why we bother to actually take on your Contracts.
We have wasted time and money and not been told what the problem is this time.
Please contact us, soonest and let us know what the perceived problem is. If not, I will deem this contract completed and move our Shipping on to other important Contracts.
Have a good evening, Miss Jones.
