I just received a report from our docking master about the current error, we would like to deeply apologize for that. Our docking bays works on an automated system which suddenly shown an unexpected error regarding some docking permissions. We switched the entire docking permissions system to manual now, so your ships can dock now. We also assigned our best engineers and programmers to start a total rework for our automated systems to avoid this situation permanently. I hope that you take it easy and soften your sharp temper, since those errors happens even in the most regularly maintained systems.
