Guten Tag, Sehr geehrter Herr Namura. My name is Laura Caspers and I was authorized by the Rheinland Government to reply to your message.

While the Rheinland government agrees that illegal activities such as contraband smuggling have to be suppressed as much as possible, its members find your proposal controversial at least. Giving ships of the Gas Miners Guild right to act as law enforcers in sovereign Rheinland territory seems to be quite inappropriate considering not only historical context, but mainly due to fact that the Gas Miners Guild still did not formally withdraw the officially declared claim to the Sigma-15 system which is part of territory of the Bundesrepublik Rheinland.

Unless there will be any development in this matter, there can be hardly any further discussion about your proposal.
