Looks like RFP should thank RHA for cooperation in fight against blood diamonds smuggling and also for restricting Dresden so smugglers will no longer have easy life with avoiding RFP in the New Berlin.
But seriously, when RHA became so rich so they can afford to "kill without a question" freelancer and indie junker smugglers which were always backbone of Hessians income when it comes to blood diamonds smuggling? And I am not even mentioning LWB case. When blood diamonds became limited exclusive goods instead of one of the main sources of Hessian money income which should be sold to anyone interested in it?
