From reading this recent stuff, I can say following:
It's beyond lame to hug Java, considering that your faction is filled with all the PvP aces. That shows the mentality of the people inside, and that is, I believe, incapability to actually play the game (sometimes win, sometimes lose). I can confirm that this attitude is really saddening, considering what kind of gameplay we used to have back in the day. If we were all in one room, I believe we'd say "good fight, good" to each other and go have a beer. I believe same people decide to spam you with mines and CD in /conn, when you are doing a "gunso" 1v1 and if they begin loosing.
As for the complaining and "you log everytime we do, and when we wanna do things in game" from IMG side, that's as well lame. If you go in game, you gotta realize that there can be pre planned encounter, but that isn't a must. It is a mutual agreement between two individuals or two groups. You cannot demand an enemy, neighbour faction to ignore you, considering the importance of Tau 23 for the Outcasts in this case and which, on the side note is perhaps their motivation for their activity. You can, try to go for the events, in collaboration with the leaders of opposite group. Of course, keep in mind that getting your encounters to only events, isn't a way to go. So, if you want to be alone and outside of /conn, best way is to find a safe spot, outside of enemy's reach.
Uh so yeah, perhaps OOC/OORP communication between the group leaders is the first step to solution.
edit: Since there is a couple of people in IMG| that I'm good with, and since I know that there are certain scheduled things you do as a faction, I know what is the problem with the IMG| but... you can't complain because of your pre- planned plans didn't work out as you imagined. I mean all I can see here is that the Legion dudes wanted you to donate them a bit (correct me if I am wrong), and that you don't even want to encounter that when you log in.
