Explosion radius is a thing too, who's to say they're not gonna drop a mine and blast everything? Explosions hurt from the ship, mines would even more. Pods can actually be tractored, as seen in missions, or SP. And, sure, but, for the last thing, they can't send physical proof on the whim, while they're busy running for their lives, don't think they'll be able to access the logs so easily.
But, as I said, allies present should easily be able to allow evidence to come to light, that is, if they survive, that's the only feasible way of letting a downed person's information come to show.
But it's modified Azurite gas pls dont powergame my RP reason of why enemies can't tractor my escape pod.
But my escape pod launches from the ship at an extremely fast speed .3 light speed to be exact, I'd be on the other side of the system before you thought about dropping a nuke mine to destroy everything.

Means they can upload live gun cam shots to them in RP
Also out of curiosity how often do you drop a nuke mine after getting the kill? Also does it count if I made you use up all your mines during the fight and have none left to deploy after my ship was destroyed?
