Guten Tag,
Today I got an encounter with a smuggler vessel.
I was patrolling New Berlin System and met a light transport belonging to freelancer Jimmy Recard. My scanners detected a large batch of Black Market Munitions in it's cargo. I ordered the vessel to stop engines and then I explained to the captain that he carries contraband. The freelancer said he mixed up things and actually wanted to buy other commodites. I surely have not believed him. Following to procedure in cases like this I ordered to drop the cargo. The captain didn't argue with me and dropped his cargo. The cargo has been seized and reffered to Police Officers in the nearest base. Recard's vessel continued it's travel without contraband.
