Due to my BPA license not valid in new york I'd like to get a loan of the 2 million Sirius credits to pay for a licensure on my viper MK II ship under the name Metroid please tell me when a loan dealer is online since I'll have to fly out of liberty space to keep my blasters and cannons since I payed 1million credits in cash for them.
for the time being I'll stay at a hotel at the edge of bretonia space till I can come back home to my home on manhatten. If it's possible I'd like to ask if I can have a temporary pass to stay in New york till I get the loan for
the license payment if it's possible.
My ship carries 2 nomad blasters and 2 nomad cannons and I do NOT want them to be taken away.
