Gentlemen,

First of all I shall begin reporting my status about progress with the Jumphole Creation Theory. I've discovered some fascinating links and connections that slowly prove my suspicion about Razgriz. All authorized personnel will have access to the Terminus database where they can find my reports. I will say only this, very bluntly, Razgriz could've been once a massive jumphole of some sorts, towards someplace. On this matter, I've asked mr.Hussaini to put us in contact with the Vagrants to assist us with Their knowledge in order to find more about the enigmatic anomaly and also to make the JH Creation a more concrete project.

As for our new scientist, mr. Ciro Tumicelli, he will be assigned to Project Argus. The project will consist in creating the desired prototype guns we we will use on some Commune assets. He will have access to all necessary resources the Cell can offer and we shall begin effective immediately. All credentials have been given. Here is the log:
