The Kyushu Union Party finally has a chance to present a moderate sociopolitical movement of various ex-KSP, farmers and pro-imperialists, which became more courageous to speak openly about unjust doing of the Republican government in Kusari. The recent shuffling within the party created an union of different ideas thus updating and extending our goals.
We know that we are a moderate but controversial sociopolitical movement of various ex-KSP, farmers and pro-imperialists, which became more courageous to speak openly about inefficience of the Republican government, which is based onto a central government. We vow for more federal, state-based government.
In the early 822 A.S., our group broke out from the major pro-Imperial group inside the Kusari Grand Assembly and started to vote around the idea of the more federal form of Kusari, as opposed to the central government enforced by the Republic of Kusari. In practice, it would mean that government of Kusari would actually consist of associated planets, instead of being ruled remotely from the Planet Tokyo. The return to the idea of fiefs within borders of Kusari, with ability to construct and maintain private fleets to preserve integrity of the systems, is claimed to be most efficient way to protect Kusari from both internal and external threats.
This exact political goal is the backbone for the party and movement we represent, as the recent assaults staged by the Blood Dragons inside Nagano system proven Kusari Naval Forces to be highly inefficient during such an assault, making it questionable if Republic of Kusari is really ready to protect distant colonies. Destruction of Osaka in Honshu just proven, in addition, that our valiant army and navy have not enough funds or is just spead too wide for effective protection of our internal and external economy.
Goals:
1. To preserve the Imperial traditions in the wake of the new liberal movements, trying to fuse both into a hybridical form of the government - close to the current Federal Republic of Rheinland but still having Emperor as a formal leader. This done, every system would receive their own dose of autonomy and introduce truly liberal and republican course of the nation.
2. To remodify the hampered political and administrative body, which would reintroduce the idea of Shogunate Period and Imperial Period's fiefs and local lords, which would be additionally supported by the Great Assembly and Internal Affairs representatives in order to create an efficient bureaucracy.
3. To cease hostilities with so-called Imperial Kusari Navy and descendants of the Shogun Hideyoshi guard known as Blood Dragons, then introduce the peaceful internal affairs within Kusari, giving opportunity for both sides to unify and strive into new future - now torn by a Civil War. Kusari does not need division - but unity.
