Dear Sir/Madam,

Please can you clarify who you are and who you represent, and, even possibly, where you want to build a Base.

So far we have had at least half a dozen requests arrive, on our Desks, asking for permission to build a Base. You have claimed to represent BIS and Borderworld Exports. We must inform you that impersonating our Intelligence Agency will lead to Criminal Prosecution.

These Communications have also asked to build this Base, in either Cambridge (location D4) or New London (location D3). Please specify exactly where you want to build it.

Have you also read and understood Chapter 5 of Bretonian Charter of Interstellar Law - Base Construction and Zoning ?

Once you have clarified who you actually are and where, exactly, you want to build this Base, we will move to the next step.
