If what you say about an Admin is true you should name them.

You will see the Admins Ships in Game, named as below:

[Admin]St.Denis
[Admin]Skorak
[Admin]Tunicle
[Admin]Clavius

Any other other Ships are unlikely to be an Admin.

I would be very surprised to find that one of these has talked to you in that fashion.
