It has been noticed, today, that your Base, DUBLIN MINERS PUB, is still in operation even though we told you to dismantle it because it does not comply with the Laws, as laid down in the Bretonian Charter of Interstellar Law, Chapter 5 - Base Construction and Zoning, Sub-section - 5.3 - Registration Zones for Bases.

You have also applied to construct another Base, which would comply to the said Laws. But as of this moment, you have an outstanding fine of One Hundred (100) Million Credits. This was communicated to you in a previous Communication.

Your Request to build another Base is denied until;
a) The Outstanding Fine is paid
b) The dismantling of the DUBLIN MINERS PUB has taken place.

You have 48 hours to comply.

If you do comply, with the above, we can move forward with your Request

If you fail to comply, we will inform Her Majesty's Armed Forces and they will complete the job.
