I have had many encounters since our last report, a Hegemon Miner "Alexlem" carrying Helium was spotted in New Tokyo, his cargo and ID Checked out. The pilot did NOT make a donation to our cause but seeing as he was not in breach of any of our laws I let him leave safely.
I encountered a GMG hauler "Obair" carrying Helium-3 was stop in Honsu, his cargo and ID Checked out. The pilot was given the all clear and made a donation of $500,000 credits to our cause.
On my way back to Shikoku I stumbled across a [Star] convoy, they were hauling Black Market munitions, I confirmed the purchase and sale location of the cargo and confirmed that they weren't hauling contraband, one of the convoy members was confused why didn't consider Black Market Munitions as contraband, until I showed him my sidearm which was of the same ilk. They were given the all clear but made a reasonable donation of $1,000,000 credits.
And finally, I came across Luxury.Liner-Chrysaor they were carrying sightseers around the Sigma 19 system, their cargo was not in breach of any ToI restrictions but cargo scans did indicate a full bar, after a short conversation the Pilot handed over their Sake and carried on their way.
