BPS - Bretonians, Contribute and Help

Just a wee question...

The three main objectives of the BPS are to combat any alien invasions, protect civilians from pirates and help in reducing the smuggling of illegal goods.

Does this mean that your ZOI is Bretonia? Like the BPA? Or are you going to be able to run off to distant lands?
Also, you might want to keep in mind the happenings here on disco... Denying the Kusari/Bretonia war and not helping other Bret forces might seem a bit... Off. As can be seen by the reports in the BPA and QCx dumps.

But anyway, huzzah!
