Raizen is our special unit. He knows how to manipulate the Nomad guns.
He have the authorization to apply for a license from our Leader John Sheppard and myself. With Raizen we will be very careful with those weapons. We don't wish to become possessed so those weapons will be checked by our Scientific every weeks to make sure they are in a good state and safe.
We give the right to use those weapons with a license to the Special Unit, the Commanders and the Leader of The Bounty Hunter Legion only if they are aware of the danger and take precaution with it.
