Today, a very young but promising lady, Ms Felicity Willing, was promoted to the rank of Deceiver. I truly believe she is a real diamond in the rough. Brilliant but impatient, talented but inexperienced - rushing to action with determination and luck rather than wisdom. Once those flaws are rooted out she will become one of our best.
