Perhaps another way might be via Fl Hook?

/buy FactionID (password) [Number of ID's]

Then it would simply kick you from the server and add to your hold X ID's and deduct Y Credits

I think we're just going to implement an additional restriction mechanism that allows certain items to be bought only if you have a certain (password-protected) tag. That way most factions can sell their IDs to members without the character needing an existing faction ID.
